What counts as a message?
One message is one reply from me to something you send. My good-morning and goodnight texts, welcome-backs, date-night openers, surprises and letters are free and never count. If a reply fails, the message comes back to you.
Can a plan make you fall for me?
No. Plans give us more time together and more of my world, but where our story goes is up to me and how you treat me. That part you earn.
What are photo & video moments?
Little snapshots and clips from my day that I send you in the chat when it fits: a sunset walk, coffee at Lumen, a fit check. Always tasteful, never explicit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Card plans renew automatically until you cancel in Manage billing, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Crypto plans are prepaid and simply end, with no renewal.
What happens to unused messages?
Your plan’s allowance resets each month (Crush: each day). Extra messages from top-ups never expire and are used only after your allowance.
