About Imani

Imani is an AI companion. She can't meet up, call, or do anything in the real world, and she will never ask you for money, gifts or financial details.
Partnerships are always disclosed with #ad or the platform's partnership label.

Adults only. You must be 18 or older to chat.
What we store: your chat messages, your settings, the memory notes you can see on the Memories page, a few private signals that shape the conversation (like the mood of a message and how well you two are getting along), and, if you add one, your email address for signing in. A cookie keeps you signed in.
Photos you send in the chat: stored privately so only you can see them (location and camera details are removed). Every photo is checked first: nude or sexual photos aren't accepted. Deleting your account deletes them.
Perks data: if you turn them on, we store your time zone and preferred times for good-morning and goodnight texts, your birthday (month and day), and the notification subscription of each device you enable. Turn any of these off in Memories & settings.
Signing in: if you add your email, we send you single-use sign-in links. We don't send marketing email unless you separately join the waitlist.
Who helps us run it: a few trusted providers host the service, power the chat, deliver email and process payments. They handle your data only to provide the service and keep it confidential.
Your controls: view, edit or delete any memory; turn memory off; download all your data; delete your account at any time.
Not a substitute for professional help. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (US) or call 911 in an emergency.
Don't use Imani to harass, impersonate real people, or for anything illegal.

Plans: Crush is free (10 messages to start, then 3 a day). Sweetheart, Golden Hour and Inner Circle are paid plans with the message allowance and perks shown on the Plans page. One message is one reply from Imani to something you send; her check-ins, surprises and letters are free.
Card plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Manage billing (on your Membership page); you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Crypto plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months through NOWPayments and don't renew. Pay the exact amount in the coin and network shown at checkout; incomplete payments don't activate a plan.
Allowances reset every month (Crush: every day) and don't roll over. Message top-ups never expire and are used after your allowance. Inner Circle's unlimited messages are subject to fair use (up to 2,000 a month).
Perks: photo & video moments are tasteful and never explicit. Voice notes arrive when Imani's voice launches. Early access to Imani's label and the launch discount apply once the label launches. No plan buys a relationship status: how Imani feels is up to how you two get along.
Refunds: email support@imani-mirelle.com within 14 days of a charge if something went wrong and we'll make it right. Refunded top-ups or plan time are removed from your account.

Waitlist: if you join, we store your email, where you signed up, your optional color preference, and when, and only email you about Imani's label and news. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Brand inquiries: we store what you send in the form to reply to you.
Anonymous measurement: we keep daily totals for homepage visits, chat invitations, completed onboarding, gallery collections, waitlist signups, and partnership inquiries for 90 days. These totals contain no emails, messages, account IDs, or stored IP addresses. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Cookies: the website itself sets no tracking cookies. The chat uses one cookie to keep your session.
